General Membership Information

Process Flow for Membership Application
Submission of Application:
Applicant completes and submits the Membership Application Form along with required supporting documents (IC, CV, portfolio, etc.).
Supporting documents submit via email to membership@nesgdc.org
Review and Evaluation:
NESGDC Membership Department reviews the application and verifies the provided documents.
For Council Committees, the recommendation or invitation is verified.
Decision Notification:
Approval:
Applicant is notified of approval via email.
Instructions for payment of membership fees are provided.
Upon receipt of payment, the applicant receives an official welcome package and membership certificate.
Rejection:
Applicant is notified of rejection via email.
Reasons for rejection are provided.
Applicant may be given the opportunity to reapply or submit additional information if applicable.
Payment and Confirmation:
Approved applicants make the membership fee payment.
NESGDC confirms receipt of payment and activates the membership.
