As a registered council under the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs since 2019, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable economic growth, enhancing ESG awareness, and setting high standards for ESG practices within Malaysia and globally.

Ts. Dr. Gabriel Ling Hoh Teck
Advisor
Ts. Dr. Gabriel Ling Hoh Teck is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning. He is a Professional Technologist with the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT, MAS) and CASBEE Iskandar Accredited Professional. His expertise in sustainable urban development drives NESGDC’s mission to advance ESG principles in Malaysia.
Ts. Dr. Nelson Leng Pau Chung

Ts. Dr. Nelson Leng Pau Chung is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Ph.D. in Building Architecture. He is a Professional Technologist with the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT, MAS) and a Graduate Architect (LAM PII, MAS). Dr. Leng is a certified Green Manager under GreenREAP (MAS), a GBI Facilitator (GBIF, MAS), and holds the CASBEE Iskandar Accredited Professional (CASBEE IskandarAP, MAS) certification. Additionally, he is a Certified Trainer with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
With his extensive background in architecture and sustainable building practices, Dr. Leng is dedicated to promoting green architecture and integrating ESG principles into the built environment.

Dr. Liew Wai Loan
Advisor
Dr. Liew Wai Loan is a Senior Lecturer at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and is a certified Green Manager under GreenREAP (MAS). Additionally, Dr. Liew is a Certified Trainer with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
With a strong commitment to advancing green technologies and sustainable practices, Dr. Liew plays a pivotal role in promoting ESG initiatives within the academic and professional communities.

Ir. Ts. Dr. Wong Keng Yinn

Ir. Ts. Dr. Wong Keng Yinn is a distinguished professional with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He holds multiple prestigious certifications including European Engineer (FEANI, EU), Chartered Engineer (IMechE, UK), Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE, ASEAN), Professional Engineer (BEM, MAS), and Professional Technologist (MBOT, MAS).
With extensive expertise in mechanical engineering and a commitment to advancing engineering practices, Dr. Wong contributes significantly to the promotion of ESG principles and sustainable development. His leadership and technical knowledge drive impactful initiatives within NESGDC and the broader engineering community.
